How I renewed my Philippine Driver's License

It’s that time of year again when you have to go out and renew you drivers license. They expire every 3 years and it seems that there’s always a new procedure or fee to pay for. This year is no exemption. But I would suggest you go to a License Renewal Center than go to an LTO office, because the lines get crowded especially for documents and payment processing.  I’ve summarized some helpful tips to guide you on renewing your Drivers License.
